Room smelled

For the money it was not great! breakfast was not good and the room could use an update.

The 3-11 desk clerk was good

I was very disappointed and actually am requesting a refund the room was totally gutted not a plate, bowl anything I went to the desk to get some kitchen supplies was told by the night clerk they don’t have those packages they have to come from another property so literally could not cook any of the chicken and hamburger bought, the room was run down with the microwave inside door with eroded metal, rusty refrigerator and I’m not sure the stains in the tub. Ended up sleeping in clothes with what blankets we had on top of the bed I was hoping no bugs. The other people there up back n forth through night, police was there as one of the extended stay residents room was broken into, stray cat fed by the big tree, cats in windows of other rooms. Went to talk to management this am note at desk away with another customer finally housekeeping came they care less about the issues these are long term places for homeless :(((( The guy checking us in was the best part of the stay. Refund is the least you can do

I am semi handicapped and my room was on the second floor. The hotel has no elevator.

I stayed here for 3nights and I will say I over payed but the staff tried their best with what they could offer. I encountered 2 ppl while I was here and they both were really really nice! The older lady didn’t smile much but wasn’t rude. I met the manager I think Jasmine and she was really nice she smiled and asked was everything ok I told her my issue with the room and she offered to switch me but I denied I had already been there for 2 days she did give me some certificate I can use for a future stay. I would stay again just because of that

I did not bother with having breakfast. When I checked in, I was shown the small table where I could find breakfast. The size of the table told me all I needed to know. The location was convenient for the purpose of my trip.

Check-in was a nightmare. I was asked to charge a card for the stay. I had to argue with the attendant that I had already paid for the room a week before. Finally, she found my payment in the system, but still charged me a $100 hold fee. I had called two days prior to my arrival and asked for a ground floor and assured by the property that it would not be an issue. When I arrived, I was told there were no ground-floor rooms! The worst of all my issues was the smell of the room. I had asked for confirmation that the room was a non-smoking room and assured the entire property was non-smoking. I was lied to! The room reeked of cigarette smoke, especially the bathroom. I had to keep the bathroom door closed through the night just to be able to sleep because the odor was so very strong. It was either coming through the walls or the air vent in the bathroom. Also, there are no outside garbage cans. I walk my dog and pick up her poop in a bag. There was nowhere to place the bag. I shared this with the manager, and she told me she had removed the outside trash cans because they were overflowing, causing rodent issues. Also, I placed my room's garbage outside the door, expecting it to be picked up. It stayed there for two days. When I shared this with the manager, her response was that they did not offer that service at the property. The room was decent but needs a lot of attention as to cleaning (please see attached photos). The shower faucet has been installed backwards. Usually, you begin with cold water and switch to hot. This shower begins with hot and continues to cold. Instead of fixing it, the property simply placed labels over the cold and hot. SMH

I stayed here for 4 nights in December 2025. I wanted something in this area, and this was the closest to where I needed to be, and it was the cheapest around (but still not cheap). During check in the receptionist was quite rude, she had an airpod in and was taking what sounded like a personal call while checking me in. Later on in my stay I interacted with another receptionist who was much more helpful. During check in they took a $100 deposit (the majority of hotels in the US & Canada seem to do this, I hate it and I think hotels should be legally required to let guests opt out if they want). At the very least if hotels do this they should only put a hold on the money rather than physically charging it, but here they actually charged it to my card. I was using a Canadian credit card, so I ended up losing money when they refunded it. The hotel is located close to a Costco, and walking distance to some chain restaurants. Actually walking to those was a little challenging because the area is built for cars, not pedestrians. The hotel itself is split across 3 buildings, with the 3rd building being the furthest away from the reception area. I was in building 2 which was still a little inconvenient. My room itself wasn't superb. The good things were the air conditioning worked fine, and the wifi was pretty good. Otherwise the room didn't seem that clean, on the countertop there was what looked like glue residue. The bathroom had a very funny smell, and the shower head didn't spray very well. It was in a bath, but I would certainly not have taken one there. There was a small hob and a microwave which turned out useful for breakfast. As the units here can be for extended use, there were some residents who had clearly been around for a while. There were some who were hanging around outside smoking, and others blasting loud music during the day (thankfully not at night). For breakfast, one had to go to the reception area. There they had a couple of urns of filter coffee, one of hot water, tea bags, muffins, Quaker oats packets, cereal bars, and disposable cups. There was nowhere to sit down so I had to carry everything back to my room, which was inconvenient. This is where the microwave came in handy to make my oats, and warm up the lukewarm water for tea. Overall it wasn't a great stay, but not the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. I would only stay here again out of necessity.
