"Horrible customer service, ignored by owner. Cockroaches and does not at all look like the pictures."

The location was superb.

Does not look at all like the pictures in the listing. The beds were rock hard. Cockroaches. Worst of all, tried contacting the owner to discuss the issues I was having and to receive a partial refund, received no reply and completely ignored. Awful customer service.

"Buen alojamiento con algunas consideraciones por tener en cuenta."

La ubicación buena, muchas opciones para comer en alrededores, aunque con algunos detalles del alojamiento, lo podría calificar como Regular.

- Las instalaciones se ven algo viejas. - Le envié por WhatsApp al anfitrión que las sillas del comedor estaban rotas, por lo que no pudimos ocuparlas, el anfitrión no contestó las primeras llamadas ni mensajes para poder hacer contacto,,, hasta el día de la reserva y con otro número que contestó y fue con nos envío instrucciones. - El anuncio ofrece 7 camas, sin embargo camas solo son 4, y en los closet tienen unas esponjas para dormirse en el piso, pero no son camas, como indica la publicación - Un baño con fugas en el cespol - la TV de la recamara sin antena y al ser básica no se pudo utilizar, pues deberían de ponerle un roku o google cast. - El horno de microondas no funciona - Estacionamiento que indicó el anfitrión ser de paga, pues es demasiado caro y dejan los vehículos ahi en la calle por falta de espacio.

"Ideal para recorrer la zona al mejor precio"

La ubicación es excelente, buen espacio y fácil de llegar.

Le falta mantenimiento, las puertas de la alacena de la cocina están sueltas, las sillas del comedor están flojas, el sofá es muy bajo y las camas suenan mucho. No está mal pero podría mejorar.

Todo muy limpio y muy tranquilo.

Faltaban implementos de cocina, platos, vasos, servicio, que tuvimos que conseguir con una muy amable vecina.
