The staff was extremely rude to me.

It was clean.

They did not honor our booking.com reservation price. In fact, even in the window there is a sign that says, "We do not honor online reservations." Even though they knew we had the reservation and were expecting us they charged us more, and we had to pay a cash deposit for each of two rooms that yes, we did get back, but it still did not feel right, and we had to pay about $100 more overall than the quoted booking.com price for 2 rooms, so I never would have booked with them in the first place had I known. They said if you already paid booking.com get the money back from them. The only reason we stayed is because we had an 18-month-old and it was about 10: 00 at night since we had a wedding rehearsal that night. It was too much hassle to try to find a different place. Not that this is their fault, but it is also right next to a road construction yard as the freeways are being redone, and one of our two rooms was close so we heard construction noise literally all night.
