Good locality to my intended business

It wasn’t what I expected but I’ll say it was ok

The staffs were horrible The day I checked in the guy asked me to make payment again even after I had showed proof I had to call booking.com and waited for over an hour before I was let in after having 8 hours flight . Few days after my friend drove a car which I had planned to rent for the period I was around . The staff on duty said visitors not allowed and I explained that she was leaving Even after she left he called me shouting and screaming on the phone to remove my vehicle that he was going to tow it . Due to this I had to return the vehicle I had planned to use for my stay I told him I had paid for the room and he said I should also get out I had asked him to check the booking and the name as I had submitted my passport and put it as 2 people which was for my self and my brother but he said he wasn’t going to check as he was sure it was a guy that must have booked the room and not a girl . He then told me he doesn’t want to see me there I later stepped out and came back in only to see my things have been checked and my boxes opened My brother went and confronted the guy he then said my brother has to leave Summary is it was terrible , I did not feel safe Had to even call my parents and give them the address incase something happened to me It is my first time in the America and I would definitely advise everyone not to ever ever think of booking with them and if possible they should be removed from booking .com

The clerk made it difficult to even check in. It states 2 pm is there check in time but upon arrival he said we couldn’t check in until 3:30. I left and came back at 5 then he wouldn’t let me check in until both parties arrived (my boyfriend) I canceled the room and found a better place to stay. This place was in the ghetto and the clerk was beyond rude and uneducated.

I didn’t like the clerk and location. Made it difficult to check in

The room was clean and had all I needed, including the kitchenette, large fridge, microwave, as well as and a nice bathroom with good shower and towels. For the price, I think the room was what I would expect.

The location is bad, a huge bridge construction is going on and access to the hotel is very difficult, with big, noisy trucks and dust everywhere. The front office entrance was closed and was forced to use the night window to check in. Check-in process took forever, only to find out that to be able to stay in this hotel I had to pay them at check-in time even though I had already pre-paid through Booking.com. A sign saying "We do not accept prepaid reservation sorry" was posted in the night widow and they claimed Booking knew and should not have charged me. I ended up having to contact Booking.com customer support for help.

Nothing. My reservation through booking.com wasn’t in their system. Thanks for nothing. I’m never using booking.com again, and I will actively tell friends and family not to use you.

I didn’t like having to find a new hotel while in a place filled with people traveling from all over the world for the eclipse. Again, thanks for nothing.
