The staff were terrible honestly. They lied about the most simple things. I was put in 2 separate rooms both had broken security locks which I absolutely needed for my children they did not care. Unfortunately I just finished my stay there but would I do it again? Absolutely not! I specifically booked this hotel for the things they said they offered and they had none not even a baby crib it was terrible!

One of worst hotels I have every stayed at. Picked a room with 2 queen beds because my son was going to stay. Good thing he chose to not stay because BOTH beds were broken. The support in middle was broken. The dresser was missing handles the bathroom light switch didn't work. I asked if they had any other rooms and the all the lady could say to me was "all booked". She did that twice. After that I went into bathroom and there were absolutely NO towels. Had to go down to lobby which was locked up like a ticket booth at a carnival. Finally found someone and she did get me some towels. And I haven't even brought up the overwhelming odor of marijuana throughout the hotel. Went to check out this morning and again lobby was closed up and a sign that lobby hours did not open until 9AM. Guess they didn't want me to check out until 9 even though I left at 6:30. As I said worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Extended Stay should be embarassed.

I didn’t like that my stove didn’t work properly and that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned the toilet was nasty and so was the tub it was stopped up and there were dirty towels left behind I didn’t like there wasn’t any breakfast and that was advertised

Wish I had spent a few more dollars to for a better option. I was only there for a few hours for an early morning flight. The place is noisy, bathroom sink had a slow drain, bath tub area was rusted, the sheets didn’t look clean and YIKES, saw a bug. Person at the front desk was very nice. Wouldn't recommend.

The place was run down and was extremely dirty.

Decent location for an airport hotel.

No airport shuttle. They offer extended parking but no shuttle to or from airport. Front desk closes at 10p and opens around 6a. Not good for people flying in or out of STL. Carpet was wet from being cleaned and didn't advise the patron. Room was extremely small and crowded. TV was left on but no remote to control the TV. The Internet advisees of shuttle for both parking AND the hotel but none offered! Late or early arrivals are inconvenienced by having to use the entry phone and hope corporate can awaken the desk clerk in order to obtain their room/reservations. Very limited outlets for charging phones/computers or anything else. Towels and personal products were minimal, the towels were basically a piece of material and were no more than a washcloth for a body towel.
