Extended Stay America Select Suites - St Louis - Airport - Central

Stayed for a 3 night stay. Room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned from the previous stay. Still had some trash under the bed. Shower pressure was terrible. Sink pressure was too strong. Staff was pleasant. Not bad for a quick trip that we weren’t in the room much, but probably wouldn’t choose it again.

When we arrived they had the counter padlocked up and there were people in the lobby yelling at us not to stay here, that there are cockroaches climbing the walls and horrible service. When we tried to call the phone number it was disconnected. We ended up having to find another place to stay at 11 pm at night because there were no employees to be found anywhere.

Property doesn't stock bathroom or kitchen amneties as shown in the website by Expedia. It is rundown and noisey. I will never book through Expedia again nor stay at Extended Stay.

Well they swept the room. Piled the dirt in the corner and forgot to pickup. Woke up in the morning to a cockroach on the wall. They should only rent room 149 as the last available. It is alongside door to dumpster and all we heard was door slamming all night. Best part was little happy lady at front desk!

The power went out and it has been out since 9 o’clock at night. The food that I brought for my stay went old and only thing the manager told me to do was to check out and they do not offer refunds.
