We had a booking confirmation through booking, but when we got there they told us they had no room. It was in the middle of the night. We are two young women that were just left standing outside around midnight. If we asked if they had any recommendations or if there was something they could do the man became unfriendly and told us he didn’t speak English and that we had to leave. All this was done over the telephone outside the hotel, no one helped us in person although it said that they had 24/7 front desk. We had to leave and book a new hotel
