"My go-to hotel when I'm visiting family in San Mateo."

As a solo female traveler, I feel safe walking my dog in the evening. The staff is exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

Would be nice to have a protein option for breakfast - even hard boiled eggs would be appreciated. The $25/dog/night pet fee is prohibitive, especially when I travel with both of my dogs. Maybe consider a reduced fee for repeat guests who have a proven track record of well-behaved dogs??

"I been there multiple times but this was the first time I’m disappointed."

Location , parking, cost

Room was dirty, garbage was under the sink and I put it out side , I saw and janitor ℹ talked to him a request a new garbage bag he told me that he will return soon but he never returned!!!!!!
