The room was very old and tired. Peeling paint and damage. The air con smelt of urine when it was on and despite being a non smoking room the smell of cigarettes was strong and there were cigarette burns in various places. There were people literally camped in their car in the parking lot and it didn’t feel safe. Also the smell of cannabis drifting into my room regularly. Despite all this the two ladies on reception were very kind and helpful but I would never book there again, The final issue was I booked this close to the airport because it had guest laundry so I had clean clothes for the next leg of my business trip. The laundry was out of order so now I fly with a case of dirty laundry and nothing clean to wear on my next work days so had to uber to Walmart to at least buy something to wear. A real disaster and please please don’t stay there.

The only thing that was a positive experience was the location as it wasn't far from our venue.

Everything else was an extreme disappointment. They checked us into a room knowing it had toilet problems. The toilet was clogged from the pipes and would not flush. I am 8.5 months pregnant. The front desk person really handed me a plunger and said to plunge someone else's feces myself which Im sure is a hazardous health concern especially for a fully pregnant woman. I was so sick and throwing up all the next day due to the smells. By morning no one had came until afternoon. Couldn't get it to work so we switched rooms. Both rooms were disgustingly dirty. Hair and grime on the counters like it wasnt clean at all. The second room was slightly cleaner but also had two roaches in it we kept seeing. Then to top it off they dont accept any money cards, didnt tell me, so they DOUBLE CHARGED as a pre auth the ENTIRE 4 NIGHT STAY so I got charged double, my bank is now holding it for 31 days and the hotel refused to write a note to send to my bank to get that cleared off sooner. Theres also a pre auth of $70 thats still just missing from my account because my bank said they were trying to charge 70 more for the room than stated. So now theres that extra 70 we're hoping comes back in the 31 days also. Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE, no one smiled at all or greated anyone checking in and looked at paying customers like they were stupid. Spend your money else where do not stay here it is not worth the headache!!!

Ac didn’t cools enough, order pots and pan but they didn’t have any available. Also the telephone cord was missing from the room.

The staff was very helpful when they could be. It was nice to be able to check in early after driving all day. My room was clean

There were no items available that I thought would be in every room at an Extended Suite. No plates, silverware, cups or anything in the room and they didn't have enough to supply everyone with kitchen items. The trash cans outside around the bbq area were never fully emptied during our 4 day stay and people who left trash bags from their room under the stairwell were never picked up. The phone and one of the lights in my room were not operable.

Checking in hotel staff was extremely rude the hotel room was so gross there were pubic hairs on the door head hairs on the fan above the stove Blood on the lampshade the lamps by the bed had burnt out bulbs we request more but they never brought them to us and they didn't even tell us we can go get them when we asked they just said okay I would have checked out and went somewhere else but we were there for Aftershock so with them taking out the money for the room everything was so overpriced I didn't have anywhere else to stay or else I would have left but everything was so disgusting I wiped up the floor with a wet napkin because I spilled something and the napkin was black will definitely not go back

Was called after booking and told they have no more rooms for the night, it has now been one month and no refund has been received. Very unresponsive to requests for the refund.
