I was able to book a reservation but one I arrived I had issues with my key card not working. I tried to get the issue resolved twice only to be told that they no longer had rooms available. The front staff then only wanted to grant me a partial refund.

First room received the door lock was broken, the second room that was given the key cards worked half the time as well as bed sheets were stained and bathrooms were not cleaned.
