Die kostenlosen Parkplätze vor der Tür und das reichhaltige Frühstück sind top.

Die Regulierung der Klimaanlage ist sehr problematisch. Die Grundeinstellung der Klimaanlage von 26,5-29 Grad Celsius katastrophal. Das hat uns leider krank gemacht und eine starke Erkältung verursacht:-(

"Very disappointing stay"

The first room they gave me smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was clearly not clean. The second room was slightly better, but still poorly maintained. As shown in the photos, there were damaged wooden parts, dirty corners and clear signs of neglect. Even basic items like shampoo were missing from the room and I had to request them. During check-out in the morning, I asked the reception to send someone to inspect the room and confirm the issues, but they told me the staff member was busy and could not come. Overall, the staff were uninterested and not helpful. The hotel feels neglected and far below acceptable standards. I recommend staying away from this hotel.

Ich bin eigentlich sehr gerne im greenpark , allerdings fand ich das total schade, dass beim einchecken die zimmerkarte zum Problem wurde! Ich hätte gerne zwei, war wohl nicht möglich! Dann dich! Fand ich nicht so toll. Ich mag das nucht , dass das Frühstück nur bis zehn Uhr läuft... Ich komme sehr spät ins hotel, da ist es unmöglich bis zehn zum Frühstück zu kommen.... Diesmal.hatte ich selbst mit den Parkplätze ein Problem, war alles belegt....
