What didn’t you like about the property? Within an hour of checking in, we noticed a large number of bugs in the room. My girlfriend developed a significant rash after being bitten multiple times. I immediately reported the issue to the assistant manager, but I was told the general manager was unavailable after hours and no meaningful solution, alternative room, or refund was offered. Instead, my reservation was canceled without resolving the issue. The lack of urgency and customer service was extremely disappointing.

после подтверждения моего бронирования в гостиницу я не попал! я остался на улице! после 2,5 часов попыток решить вопрос об моем заселении, я вынужден был в 3 часа ночи искать себе другое жилье! крайне не рекомендую связываться с данной гостиницей! на моем месте могла быть семья с маленьким ребёнком! поражает тот факт что ответственность никто за этот инцидент не несёт! потому как дозвонившись в службу поддержки ночью, моя проблема так и не была решена! администратора на месте не было!

Location, clean, smoke free rooms, excellent staff. Can't wait to stay again.

Just the location

Not clean at all, the satff wasn’t even at the office when i wanted to check in, I waited over 30 min. I saw someone outside the hotel and asked for help. The room is disgustingly nasty, the toilet, towels, bed. Dust everywhere. The whole room smelted bad, to the point that it made me threw up. I don’t think this is even legal to be this nasty.
