Dirty, old, homeless people, noisy room beyond disgusting, we left.

The location

The heater doesn’t work remote control wasn’t working. TV wasn’t turning on.

The place was very dirty. The door looks like it’s never been cleaned. Half the units are housing squatters.

I like that it’s so close to the spectrum. There’s so much to do at the spectrum

It’s beat up. Run down . Beds are not inviting. They say they have a kitchenette but there’s no dishes. It’s really hard to get dishes for your kitchen. You really can’t cook in it so what’s the point ? Staff seems pretty unhappy. They’ll help you if you need help but there’s a feeling like your a pain to them. They don’t seem like they want to be there. . Cops are there too much for no apparent reason or was there?

The location was good.

I guess it’s a hit-and-miss thing: the room we were given (1) had a sofa bed that already had a hole on it, and (2) its bed had a mattress that already needs to be replaced. Check out Room 201, Bldg C. I also wish it can offer toiletries other than just a bar soap.

I was here with friends and visiting friends, and it was easy to meet up and there was a lot of things to do at the Irvine spectrum and great food easy parking easy access to the train station easy check-in and check out. Rooms were comfortable clean air condition.

Was here for a concert at the spectrum and it was easy to get to and great for transportation. Nearby train was very close. Great staff great breakfast great value.

Was here for a couples weekend and enjoy the hotel and the breakfast amenity and it was clean organized and parking was easy and checking the checkout was perfect
