Did get the room I booked. Front desk wasnt friendly. Breakfast was not included like it said on the booking. Wasnt clear at first how to use the room key.

The advertisement on this property says they offer grab and go breakfast. They do not offer any breakfast, and they did not care that the website said that. It was loud and had alot of people shouting. I aaked for an extra blanket and they said they could not provide one. I also asked for extra towels and was told to come and get them. Overall, the experience was not pleasant.

Well for starters, I booked for two queen beds/ kitchenette and the gave me a room with only one bed without saying anything, then there’s was roaches and when I reported it the front desk person acted as if it was normal, keep in mind I booked for a week so I packed up all my belongings and was practically living out my car while staying in the room. Then there was another guest with a large pitbull across the hall that barked everytime someone walked pass. I will never stay here again and they should shut down and exterminate because it was extremely unsanitary

This was a real shock to me! Back in the 70s and 80s red roof was fabulous hotel then it came down to trash! And when I stayed there last night…… it was fabulous!!!! 10 stars Red Roof…. you made me proud! Love the wood floors!
