Location

They canceled my reservation because they tried charging my card before we got to the location even though I selected pay on site when booking through booking.com. When I called back to get it straightened out they were incredibly rude and would not give me the same room at the quoted price. The cost went from $330 after taxes and deposit to $470. On top of that whole issue, the room had partial lighting since several outlets did not work and the AC barely worked so it was incredibly hot as well

I love the fact its a big fridge and a kitchen

The pool water had too much chlorine and the juice maker was warm but other than that I had no issues.
