Location- beautiful views

No workout room on site but able to go to 24 fitness included in rate.

The breakfast was only average. But the staff I was impressed with! I had requested a possible ride in the evening and had decided against calling them to ask for the ride. However, they called me to ask if I still needed a ride and I was surprised at their willingness to help. Excellent service!

I think breakfast would have been better with hot eggs and some kind of meat, rather than their microwavable breakfast sandwiches.

I liked the Cougar displays and posters. It was clean.

The hot tub was broken, I wasn't notified or told at booking or checking in. I passed over other hotels because they didn't have a hot tub, it was a top requirement on my list.

Our room was clean and the rest of the hotel appeared to be clean.

The hotel is right next to a cemetery. Our room window even looked at the cemetery. On top of that the people in the room next to us decided to have a very loud party around 2:30am that lasted until almost 5am. I attempted to reach the front desk with no answer, I also texted the front desk through the booking app no answer. The front desk did not even acknowledge my calls or texts the next morning when we checked out. Needless to say we did not sleep well that night.

Good room size, always clean, beds & pillows are average comfort, great view, good location and good amenities (pool, breakfast). Our family usually tries to stay at the Coast Hilltop when we visit Pullman.

They didn’t have eggs for breakfast

Very few people staying the night, but for some reason they put another client right over our head in the room above us. Very noisy, sounded like cows!

We came over for a WSU Vet appointment. So we had to walk our dogs couple times that night, Two times 3am and then 5am. There was a lady out where we were told to walk our dogs. Her music was loud and windows open , a partying away! We were surprised it was being allowed to go on, like nobody knew!

Convenient

There were kids in the hall raising cane during all hours of the night. We were on the first floor just down from the front desk and the staff did nothing to quiet them down. This happened both nights we stayed there. No house keeping was performed during our stay. We had to request our coffee from the front desk as housekeeping didn’t restock our room.
