The hotel and our room was quiet at night. The rooms were very clean.

The bar was never open while we stayed there. I wish it would have been for us.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. I was surprised how quiet the motel was. I was very pleased when I discovered the bookcase full of yearbooks from Washington State University in the lobby going back several decades. I spent a pleasant hour reviewing yearbooks (I was a U of I graduate, but had lots of WSU friends) from the time I spent in the Palouse. So, good value, comfortable room, excellent staff. What more could one ask for?

The amount charged for my room was different than the amount confirmed when booking. I have requested a correction. I'm sure they will accommodate.

Your pool facilities were very nice! The room was very clean. I loved the fresh waffles! Overall a great experience. Check in and out was very easy.

The continental breakfast could have offered more variety that I have experienced in other hotels, however, not being from Washington, I am not sure the requirements from a facilities standpoint. The batter machine for the waffles needed to be refilled/unclogged.
