I felt as if the property lacked attention. The service was exceptional. The beds, pillows & breakfast were amazing. Just the grass needed tending too along with the pool. It was just not inviting…

1st: the fridge had leftover food from previous guest. It's not just a little amount either: it is some pizza in a box, some breadsticks, apple sauce and a bowl of old noodles. I would have expected this to have been cleaned out before our stay. 2nd: The room we purchased said it "sleeps four". It has a suite with a "King" size bed in a separate room, and an area with sofa bed. But the problem is that the pull out sofa is not the typical size closer to a "full" (that would sleep two) as I have seen in many hotels before. Rather, it folds out to a "twin" that would typically sleep one. The sofa has a chaise lounge but it is not enough for a typical adult to lay flat on. I asked if there is another room with the same setup (King Suite with Sleeper Sofa that sleeps four) with a separate room but with the normal sofa bed but they said they do not have it. 3rd: There are two TV's: one in the room with the King bed, and the other one with the weird sofa bed. The one in the room is an LG would not allow to go directly onto the channel list but would have to scroll up and down to the actual channel. Also, its remote says it has Netflix and Amazon but the buttons don't do anything. Looking around the menu and settings do not show it is a Smart TV at all. The other TV is an Insignia one and we first tried scrolling on it only allowed four channels. I asked about this and maintenance came. they said for that TV, I can't scroll to look for channels but instead pressed in.

The hotel itself is okay. Ice machines and juice machines were broken. Our room was not fully stocked. Hotel has an odor in the hallways. The toilet wouldn’t fill after flushes. Shower drains slow. A friend staying there as well was given a room that had dirty sheets still on and leaky windows in the rain.

We were hopeful our stay would be a clean one due to the reviews and pictures online, however that was not the case. Our family was in town for a softball tournament so we really just needed clean beds and hot showers at the end of each day. The pull out couch bed that had a giant yellow stain on the mattress. Our pillow cases had questionable hairs and fresh stains (not washed) on them. There was a dead critter hanging out of the light fixture in the kitchen. Mosquitos everywhere which probably was due to the broken windows that allowed a decent amount of rain into our room. It was not the best experience, but that being said, the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Very helpful when we asked for fresh bedding and the breakfast was decent enough. Hope they get this addressed becaused this was a place with potential. (*Tried adding photos of yellow stain and critter but it won't let me unfortunately)

Hotel is located in a sketchy area outside area of hotel needs some cleaning. And the inside of hotel needs to be updated - furniture is so dirty spots everywhere. Hotel needs to be renovated.

We booked here because the good reviews and the picture of the pool area. It’s summertime there should be no reason all the shrubbery around the property is overgrown and the pool is disgustingly dirty. The seating are looked unkept as well. The room was clean, but there were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom, the hall ways and rooms have a horrible smell, the bed had a HUGE dent In the middle. The breakfast had potential but was not fresh and starts at 730am NEVER seen that time at a hotel, we had to leave early one day so we didn’t even get to utilize it. Just not what we expected, someone needs to put some elbow grease, time and attention to this properly.

I did not eat the breakfast because of dietary restrictions. That's why I needed a kitchen, which was adequate. The location was perfect and near my relatives' house. The bed was very comfortable. AC worked very well.

The lighting is very dull and needs to be brighter. There is thick, unsightly caulking around the bathroom vanity. When I pulled the lever up on the bathtub faucet to start the shower, the entire faucet started to fall off the wall. Even though I managed to pull up the lever, most of the water was still coming out of the faucet instead of coming out of the shower. There was thick caulking around the faucet which was evidence of prior attempt to repair it. The toilet was flushing with an odd noise and running a very long time before the tank filled. Eventually the tank overflowed and water was flooding the bathroom floor. I immediately called the front desk for a maintenance person and had to call back an hour later when the person finally showed up. He had to replace a part inside the tank and left. Several minutes later the tank overflowed again. I called the front desk clerk and she said the maintenance man may not be there any longer and I said, "Well, he had better be!!" He returned shortly and tried to tell me that the water on the floor was left there from before, which it absolutely was not. He then did something else inside the tank which stopped the overflowing issue, but the toilet continued to surge always. There were no instructions regarding the operation of the TV. So I asked the maintenance man if he could help, which he did. The floor in the kitchen area apparently had been repaired; however, the plank was too short so there was an open space between the two planks, which was unsightly.
