The pool and hot tub were nice and breakfast was yummy!

The bathroom and kitchen were dirty. The ice bucket has mold.

"Disappointing experience"

Friendly front office staff.

I booked and paid for a suite with 2 queen beds. We got 1 king and sofa bed. We needed to get sheets and blanket from front desk at 11 PM. When we opened the sofa bed it was so dirty we couldn't use it. So disgusting. Best Western blamed Booking.com for room error and claimed they were sent a request for 1 king bed. Way over priced for the disappointing room. Claimed to be a suite with mini kitchen. Not a plate, pan, flatware. All cupboards empty.

"Great choice of a hotel, clean, comfortable with friendly staff, good value!"

Everything. Could not have asked for anything more. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great for us.

Weekday breakfast could last until 9:30. It ended at 9 and we are not early risers.

"Great value for the price."

We loved the pool and hot tub. The rooms were HUGE! We appreciate all the extra room, as we celebrated my son's 14th birthday and brought his friends.

Breakfast was okay.
