The room was fine

Front desk customer service is terrible. I am owed a refund for 2 days since I checked out early and they keep giving the run around when I try to call an speak to someone about it.

The restaurant had good food. Very good location, Bricktown was within walking distance.

No cleaning service, requested it for the next day. It didn't happen. After a very long day, came back to room and I had to go back downstairs and ask them for towels since they didn't clean my room. No ice, despite ice machines on every floor. Again. had to go downstairs for them to get ice from the kitchen. Phone in room did not work the whole time we were there, they were told about it multiple times. They had a mini market with TV dinners, soda and water. One soda was 8 dollars, a candy bar was 6 dollars. I understand that hotels charge more, but that's ridiculous. For the price of this hotel, I was very disappointed.

Very clean. Staff was amazing.

There was an elevator that would squeak or “scream” anytime it was used. It was hard to fall asleep because of it.

Booked this hotel to visit our son from out of state. Specifically looked for a Hot Tub on thier site. Found pictures and listed in amenities. There was no hot tub, had been filled in with cement. FALSE ADVERTISING. The day after we got there was a prior-scheduled water shut off for the entire hotel fron 9am-4pm. We were never told of either situation on purpose so that we could make other arrangements. Called for towels so we could shower before the water shut-off that never showed up. The coffee shop was also closed in the hotel the entire 3 days we were there as well as the spa. The hotel staff gave us a breakfast voucher for 1 morning and told us that is all they could do that we booked through a 3rd party. This had nothing to do with the 3rd party, this was ALL them. I had talked to the hotel personally 4 times before arrival and not one person informed us of any of the above.

The reviews are pretty spot on. Dated furniture and rooms. Peeling wallpaper. Dirty carpets. $6 for small sodas. Certainly not the worst place I’ve stayed but I expected more from a hotel called the Wyndham GRAND.

The feel of comfort and beautiful interior.

Cut my finger open on the broken shower know. I did let the front desk know about it as it's a possible hazard to someone else.
