Wyndham Grand Oklahoma City Downtown

Stayed here recently and had a pretty disappointing experience. The room had dog hair throughout that we didn’t notice until we got back late from an event, which made it even more frustrating since we were exhausted and just wanted to relax. The pool was also in poor condition, with visible dirt and paint chips, so it wasn’t usable. On top of that, I was under the impression breakfast was included, but we were told it would be $15 just for a waffle, which felt misleading. To make matters worse, most of the staff we interacted with seemed uninterested and acted like they didn’t care about our concerns. Overall, the cleanliness, amenities, and service did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again based on this experience.

I loved everything

No parking, funky smells, peeling wallpaper, a broken toilet, a dripping shower, and a bed that crosses the line from firm to flat out uncomfortable. Might’ve once been grand, but it’s time to admit that day is gone.

Nice hotel in a great location. Could walk everywhere. The hotel could use a few upgrades, but overall a good experience.

Excellent staff. Excellent service. Very comfortable rooms. They have breakfast and other things that are so convenient. Valet was Excellent and very helpful. Front desk was Excellent. Very relaxing. Would definitely recommend

Exterior windows were dirty. Everything else was perfect!!

No breakfast no coffee ice machine was broken hot tub and sauna both broken no parking available construction started a 6am. Jackhammer and cement work right out our window
