Wyndham Grand Oklahoma City Downtown

We loved the staff - everywhere. Top notch! Loved the lobby and elevators.

The bathroom in our room had a toilet leaking; the walls were not clean;

Decor was lovely, staff friendly good value and good location

This stay was horrible! My room had peanut candy and rocks all over the floor and trash was shoved in the coffee maker. The curtains were held together with packing tape and had huge gaps letting light in. The staff at the front desk who checked me in acted as if he was doing me a favor and was not helpful at all. The cafe worker could not be bothered to make a coffee or answer a simple question. The bartender clearly did not want to be there and was curt at guests. There were cockroaches on the main floor by the water features. The only reason I gave them two stars rather than one was the staff in the restaurant who were so kind and friendly. Final straw is I had discount valet paid with my room and got double charged the full rate by valet as well.

It was a great location in the downtown area. The hotel was very nice and staff was incredible. Very short walk to Bricktown to every kind of restaurant you want.

We didn't try the breakfast at the hotel because it was $24 a person. The reviews were not great on it. Didn't like to valet only my vehicle, should have found public parking. It is downtown and limited parking.
