Wyndham Grand Oklahoma City Downtown

Found some sort of pill on the floor of our room which our daughter could've easily picked up and put in her mouth. Took it to management and they gave us 3 breakfast coupons. Hotel is decent but dated. Pool was under construction which when I booked online, it said it would be complete a few days before our stay but unfortunately was not and my daughter was disappointed.

The hotel’s refund policy is a scam. The trick you into paying extra for a fully refundable room. Then when you go to cancel, you are transferred to a different company—refundable.me, which cannot be reached by phone only email. Then you find out that you have to apply for a refund and that you can only qualify if your reason for cancellation falls under strict conditions. What’s more, you have to provide supporting documentation. This is apparently explained in the “fine print.” If you are approved for your refund, you must provide your banking information, and then I guess you just sit tight and hope they refund the full amount. It’s a complete scam.

I like that it is located at the heart of the city. 10 minutes walk to the Scissortail Park and it is across the entrance of Bricktown.

No onsite parking, but a paid parking is nearby.

I thought the rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The valet parking was a great experience, and all of the staff at the front were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I liked the cleanliness, and the workers there were alway great.

When advertised it said 2 restaurants but it’s not really. The food at the bar was sub par and the coffee shop that was supposed to have salads and sandwiches was only open 3 hrs in the morning.
