There were not enough towels and washcloths for the 3 of us. When I ask for another set I was told they didn't have any more. How do you run a hotel and not have enough towels and washcloths for your guests?

The staff and a quiet area

Sheets were dirty, room smelled horrible, breakfast horrible, the air conditioning unit had a horrible smell, and the lights did not work.

It was very quiet. Offered complimentary coffee and lemon water 24/7. Staff was very friendly 😃

The only thing I had trouble with was the door to my room. It was difficult to open and close. However, it did give me an extra sense of security knowing I could hear the door being opened if someone was trying to enter.
