The best part about this hotel was its proximity to the ball park and Outback Steakhouse. Other than that, it did not meet expectations in cleanliness, accommodations, or service.

Property was okay. But Expedia told me I had a double room booked, which I paid for. Then I get there and they don’t even have double rooms. Very disappointed!!!

"I sleep like a baby."

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful. We had not planned to stay the night in Shreveport, but due to unforeseen events we had to stay. We didn't have any personal items; however, the clerk was very helpful with toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, etc.

Dirty. Beds and sheets were so stained could tell if they were clean or dirty. Had to be moved to a different room because the sink and bath tub leaked all over the floors.
