"Location is excellent but the apartment requires improvement."

The location is excellent. This is at the city center. We can go to the sight-seeing places, the metro and restaurants within walking distance.

The bathroom and the shower boiler requires improvement. The water tank is just enough for 1 person to shower, around 10 mins. After 10 mins, the water becomes warm or even cool. It takes 40 - 50 minutes for the water to get ready again. So it takes us, 3 persons, 3 hours every night for shower. The hair dryer is built-in in the bathroom. My daughter is a long hair lady and it takes her 15 mins to dry her hair. She has to stand there. It is better that you bring your own hair dryer. The kitchen utensils are dirty. The refrigerator requires a deep clean. The clock in the kitchen is not working. The lamp on the table is missing the light bulb. It would be a lot better if the apartment makes a touch-up renovation.

location -perfect balcony - a plus bathroom - recently renovated, not the old one.

1. Registration process required a guarantee deposit to be processed through Swikly system (local? not widely used). We tried 5 different bank cards, but none of them was accepted. In order to finalise registration we had to go to another property (different location) and make payment there. So we paid for the taxi twice and couldn’t check-in straight away. Its so inconvenient that the property uses some specific system for the check in process. 2. Entering the property was quite tricky. We followed the instructions but it didn’t help much. Intercom didn’t answer- some people were entering the house and let us get in. The apartment door lock was old and not working properly. It took quite a while to open it (3 people tried). We felt like doing a quest to enter the appartment:) 3. It was already cold outside, but duvets were not available. It took a while to contact the property and get the duvets.

Location was good and a great outdoor space

Poor communication with owner and difficulty to gain access. Limited kitchen utensils for example only one wine glass and one pint glass. Drain smells. Not very clean

"Despite the problems it did not spoil our stay. We loved it."

The location. The property was very clean and spacious.

Gaining access to the apartment was stressful. Access to outer door had not been activated. Needed to call agent and request activation. Wifi code supplied was incorrect so no Wi-Fi for 48 hours until agent replied. There were a few things lacking in the apartment. Only one wine glass and one other tall glass. No frying pan . Door lock into apartment was loose and difficult to open.

PERFECT LOCATION ! Lift :) Clean and practical room Very well mantained building Very quiet neighbours

The bathroom would from time to time stink a little bit, which isn't a great issue, but could be better There was not a single PAN to cook, although a lot of pots and other kitchen tools and appliances.

"Needs improvement"

Good location

I booked this hotel even though the reviews were not good. I think each person's evaluation may be different. But that was my mistake. This is my first time leaving a long review while traveling in Spain and Portugal for a month. I didn't receive the deposit link until 2 days before my stay, so I inquired once in English and there was no answer, so I sent it again in Spanish, but there was no reply. Even though I had already paid through Booking.com, their check-in app seemed to recognize the payment as outstanding and not send it to me. As soon as I paid by card, a deposit link came to me in less than a minute. I found out that the accommodation fee was double paid. The next morning, instructions for entering and exiting the accommodation came. I can finally sleep. I rang the front doorbell in front of the hotel as instructed, but there was no answer. How long should I wait? But I'm lucky. There was someone entering the building at that moment. What a relief!!! This accommodation has a perfect location and good facilities. However, the wifi, hair dryer, and coffee maker do not work. Food in the refrigerator freezes because the temperature is not controlled. The next morning, I pointed out the double payment for accommodation and the lack of facilities and received a response from them. It is said that double payment by credit card has already been resolved and the management team has been contacted regarding facility issues. But that's it. Their actions seem insincere. The hair dryer was not replaced during my 3-day stay. Is it difficult to buy a new hair dryer? Will the Wi-Fi not working problem that someone left in a review a week ago ever be resolved? This accommodation's hardware isn't bad, but the software doesn't work. After I checked out, I received an email saying that the points I had pointed out would be helpful to them. I hope reviews like this don't happen anymore.

"Perfect location - lovely apartment."

I was unable to access the building by buzzing the apartment number as per instructions but a resident of the building let me in. Then when I had the keys from the lock box I struggled for quite a while to get the door to open but did manage it in the end. It would help to add this to the instructions : "Place the key in the lock and turn to the left twice - you will hear the locks turn - and then to the left once more to open. "

I was unable to connect to the wifi - the given wifi name was not showing on my devices. I tried to login using the name and code on the back of the modem, but that did not work either.
