Best Western Pasadena Royale Inn & Suites

Breakfast was plain. Same every morning.

There was a black line going through the middle of my TV

The room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed.

My reservation with booking.com was not immediately found and they did not have my name in the system. But for the fact that I had the email and booking information, I might have had to find another hotel despite having paid already. The premises themselves are not bad, but less of a hotel than a well-worn motel.

Accessibility. Clean room. Nice breakfast with good options.

Lack of parking spaces. If all the cars could fit into the spaces it would be fine but when you have large vans and trucks you eliminate spaces. We had to park on the street outside the property.

All was well done. Clean room, clean hotel. Excellent staff! Very friendly at check in and check out! Good value/price. Building slightly outdated, but not an issue. Did not partake in breakfast but came to lobby for coffee and was impressed with what was put out for breakfast! Good job overall in maintaining this hotel!

Only mild issue/complaint is that the coffee maker in the room had only one bag of regular coffee available (which is why I went to lobby for coffee). Not a major issue at all.
