Lovely villa and great staff

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, et avec beaucoup de choix. L'emplacement est calme, avec une vraie connexion à la nature et une belle vue. Le personnel est arrangeant, souriant et serviable.

La villa est un peu petite mais cohérente avec le prix payé.

We absolutely loved our little romantic getaway here. I booked the White Villa and it did not disappoint. Even before we arrived, the communication with the staff was just faultless. I was able to arrange a surprise birthday decoration for my boyfriend for when we arrived - which was no trouble for the White Tortoise team. When we arrived, we were helped to our room by the staff who kindly carried our cases for us (the steps were real) so that was a nice touch. The room was equipped with a full mini bar, snacks and a fruit platter. The room - what can I say apart from stunning - Just glorious! From the private poo, sun terrace, outdoor seating area (where we ate breakfast multiple times) the luxurious room and indoor bathroom was just divine. Bed was comfy and we slept really well. Sadly, I had to work when we were there, so had to spend quite a lot of time on calls in the villa/on the terrace. The staff were so accommodating, bringing room service and drinks that I ordered via WhatsApp. Food was delightful, personal favourite was the dragon smoothie bowl....I had it twice. We met the owner on our final morning, again super kind and generous. I had to work for a few hours after check out and would not have had time to get to our next destination, so instead of me working in the restaurant, she kindly allowed me to work from an empty villa for a few hours to do some work before we head off to Seminyak. Honestly, this is our 4th hotel during our Bali stay and I would stay another week if I could.

Can't really say there was anything I didn't like. It's in the middle of the jungle, so a lot of wildlife around including insects, so pack your insect repellent :)

Noise and loud music coming from the city at night. Definitely need to use earplugs (that they provide, although these could be better). It stops at 12 or at 2 depending of the days party location.

It was a lovely villa for a relaxing 3 days, the staff were amazing and the best breakfast I have had yet in Bali.

Personalet var fantastisk, frokost og lunsj meget bra, villaen helt nydelig.

Everyone was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were delicious and theres nothing like having it all delivered to your door.Rez even organised a delicious meal delivered from quite a ways away as we couldn't find a Beef Rendang anywhere. The villas were quite lovely. This was my first time in Bali and they made it a great stay.

The only little thing was the outdoor paintwork was incredibly slippery when going up and down the stairs from the pool.

Great location, perfect views, very clean, excellent food and the best staff.

I liked everything about the property, but the only thing to be aware of is that there were no walls in the bathroom and it was open plan. However, this isn’t an issue once you’ve overcome the fear of monkeys approaching you while on the toilet 🤣
