Un peu bruyant tôt le matin

We loved staying at La Palmerye. It is situated in a fairly remote location but we enjoyed wandering in nearby fields where the locals were harvesting alfalfa. They were all very friendly. Patrice arranged for a local guide to take me birdwatching in the area, and was luck enough to find some bald ibis, which are an endangered species. We enjoyed sitting on the two terraces admiring the palms. The establishment described itself as an "auberge", which meant that they served delicious home-cooked meals at a very reasonable price - we thoroughly enjoyed these.

With hindsight it would have been more sensible to visit with our own vehicle - local transport is limited. It would have made the birdwatching trip easier. Taxi to depart on a Sunday was problematic. We were saved by Patrice and his wife who kindly turned themselves into taxi drivers for the morning.

Dejlig have. God terrasse hvis vejret er godt. Pool til de varme dage. Beliggenheden er meget landlig. Rigtig dejlig mad og sød betjening.

Badeværelset var uhensigtsmæssigt indrettet med højt beliggende bruseområde. Værelset var mørk og lidt klamt. Man skulle betale 50 MAD i døgnet for at få varme eller aircondition på. Spisesalen var ret trist og mørk.

The location and the closeness to falls but very peaceful location surrounded by birds and trees .

Nothing except maybe a breakfast option but not important.

Accueil très sympathique . Repas du soir avec un couscous excellent . Petit déjeuner copieux.

Fantastic location to explore the southern end of Souss Massa national park by car or cycle..very friendly staff with nothing being too much trouble . Amazing food and service at very reasonable prices . Tassila offers ATM banking and good food shopping.
