Location, nice fridge and microwave

Limited towels, Towels were not clean, not enough pillows, cockroaches in room, unfinished patching and drywall

"Perfect for what I needed"

I was in visalia for knights of columbus state convention and I could walk to the convention center in less than 10 minutes.

More channels on the tv.

Nothing

The room was filthy was condoms on top of closet. The tv didnt work and the people next by kept spying on everyone that arrived. The bed was filled with cigarette burns and the additional bed in the room was covered in makeup. I could not sleep I have pictures and video. I want my money back. They put me in another room and I showed him the same issues. I had no choice but to stay because I had to be up in a few hours and no other hotels would book me.
