"Very good"

The location of the hotel is excellent - in the city center, not far from downtown. The rooms are large and comfortable. But the floors are dirty, clearly unwashed. If it weren't for the floors, everything would be great!

Shower was hot, air conditioning worked. There was a refrigerator.

"Will not stay here upon any future return trips to Visalia."

Not much of anything.

Room lighting was minimal; seating in room was lacking with only one chair/desk; king-size bed was adequate but a little soft; bathroom was minimal with only 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel for the two occupants; shower head sprayed all over... no wake alarm in room. No swimming in pool yet found people in the pool.

The owners wife was amazing!!! She rescued me with a phone charger ...very sweet!!

The place and the room was dirty. The pillowcases were disgusting!! The floor was "wobbly" and uneven. The floor had not been mopped. Not very well taken care of
