Americas Best Value Inn Visalia

Did not stay. Rooms were not reserved as we thought they were. Area looked very unsafe. Found lodging elsewhere!!!!!

Short walk to restaurants etc. Acceptable bathroom and beds. Quiet neighborhood. Uncrowded parking area (because there were only 2 other rooms occupied).

Dilapidated exterior and run down flooring, stairs and pool, worn out bedding.

I think it's great and very peaceful.

The workers are very polite and the managers were also too very attentive and in making sure that our needs were met.Towels the pool is lovely

The only thing I didn't like was that me and my family didn't have enough time to stay there and spend more time there

Great location and the rooms are clean a lot of good TV.And it's so peaceful and quiet.Me and my family enjoyed our stay

It was old, outdated and dirty

The staff was very friendly and responded to my requests immediately and courteously! When I asked for someone to to clean my assigned room, the staff immediately offered me a different room or a complete refund. When that room was a little dirty too, they cleaned it promptly.

The room I was assigned was very dirty: dust bunnies behind the door, sticky patches on the table, stains on the bedding, dead flies in the sink, and crud in the shower/bathtub. The second room was a lot better, but had a dirty shower as well. But again, staff helped me out wonderfully!

Woke up, and a rat was running across the room and couldn't get back to sleep
