Karaoke party outside the hotel was annoying

this was definitely not a pleasant stay

Nous avons bien aimé cet établissement. Il est bien situé. Très propre ( ménage fait à tous les jours+ 2 bouteilles d'eau fournies à tous les jours. .) Le lit est très confortable. Et nous avons apprécier le balcon Le petit déjeuner est vietnamien par contre on peut demander des Œufs. Et ils nous les servent avec plaisir. Endroit calme, en semaine et fin de semaine.

Il manque des ustensiles, dans la cuisine, pour pouvoir bien se faire à manger. Une chance qu'on avait pensé en apporté. Seule déception, lors de notre arrivée, nous n'avions pas eu le studio que nous avions réservé. Car sois disant qu'il y avait déjà un client ( qui avait décidé de prolonger ses vacances.). Après une longue conversation, nous avons réussi à obtenir ce que nous avions réservé une semaine plus tard, en attendant l'établissement nous a installé dans un autre studio très confortable. Lorsque tu viens de faire 33heures de vol et escales avec un décalage de douze heures, Tu n'as pas la tête à commencer à négocier ce qui était déjà négocier. Tu as juste envi de te reposer. Note que l'établissement devrait en tenir compte.

The residense was lovely! Our room was spacious with a large balcony that had a table and chairs overlooking the city facing the sea. Everything in the unit worked perfectly! A/C was great, bathroom perfect, TV with lots of channels in English. Bed is large and super comfy. The kitchen Is well equipped to cook full meals. Fridge is huge, dining table with four chairs, plus a sitting living room area. Overall the unit felt like a nice apartment. The morning breakfast is very good too. The staff are really wonderful! Cleaning everyday if we wanted. Reception very helpful. Minutes walk to the beach, a local street market is 7 mins away walking, plus several small markets near by for food and sundries. Overall the building is modern and well maintained. There is also a pickleball court nearby. This was our third stay in Sun River and we highly recommend a stay here!

Нормальное месторасположение, пешком пляж и центр. На такси не далеко супермаркет. Есть праковка для байка. У нас был включен завтрак, не для детей, но взрослым перекатываться пару дней сойдёт (были в отеле по проще, там завтраки гораздо разнообразней и вкуснее) Подойдёт на 1-2 дня, ща такую цену на долгий период не советую.

При наличии кухни нет элементарных приборов, типа половника, ножа, доски для резки, но зато есть два телевизора. Сыровато в комнате, даже когда ложишься в постель это ощущается, в номере грязно, пыль везде, такое ощущение что перед заездом его не убирали.

The location is great! About 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 walk to the main tourist area of town. The entire building is elegant, modern and a very well run building. Staff is amazing! Room cleaning every day if we wanted. Complimentary water daily. Very nice Vietnamese breakfast with fruits and eggs. Our studio was large with an entire window wall with lots of natural light, a big balcony with a city view. The área is very quiet for sleeping. The comfy beds, large modern shower, AC, wifi. elevator and kitchen were all great. There is a local street market 7 mins walking with everything you need to cook full meals such as fruits, veggies, meats, fish etc. Perk is a pickleball court next door, HS Market 3 minute walk well stocked and a Full Market 8 mins walk. We highly recommend and will be coming back after visit Hoi An.

It was spacious and very clean. There was a nice breakfast buffet and a chef to make eggs to order. The building is located on a side street a short walk to the tourist district so it’s very quiet yet close enough to restaurants, cafes and bars. The best sports bar in the city is very close. The TV has a good number of English language channels which is not always the case. The WiFi was usually strong with a couple of glitches.

I would have appreciated a lighter cover for the bed which only had a thick comforter. You had to crank the AC in order not to sweat. A comfortable chair to sit in would have been nice. As it is you end up lying on the bed quite a lot since that is the only place you can view the TV.
