Ramada by Wyndham Pasadena

I didn’t like much about the property because the only thing I can say was good is that there was parking.

I live in Vegas and I think that $150 for an old full of bugs, loud AC, not remodeled for years room does not worth this amount of money. but a side of that, I just wanna say it was so dirty. There was not even bags in the trash cans and the bathroom were so dirty, I could not make myself use them and there were hairs on the towels. Another thing I want to mention is the service because the day after when I came to check out there was a lady at the reception that was so reluctant to answer my questions when I ask about breakfast and made a face when she told me that she can bring me a piece of fruit or a pastry or a cup of coffee from the back. Bottom line the whole staying wasn’t good.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful, otherwise this hotel was rough. Room was dirty, sheets had stains (blood?), the door had a 2 inch gap to the floor where goodness knows what could crawl in in the night, doors open to the outside.

They don’t give you what you paid for. Terrible attitude with the employees and owners. Never again in this place.

The service was great, but the rooms need remodeling. The beds are very old.

Pasadena was a hot couple days outdoors but indoors was a cool and comforting stay. The young lady in the lobby who checked me in was quick and nice. I'll be back*

Convenient location but didnt feel safe. Breakfast wasnt always offered. Morning staff sucked, afternoon shift was good. Check in was great.

It was clean. Front desk staff was friendly.

The shower head we had a hard time getting it to work. Had to ask the front desk man to get it to work. A light fixture was not installed properly.

Pool and hot tub dirty rooms not clean bed was broken I had to ask 5 times about the bed they did not change it until my last night had to ask every day for clean towels and to have room cleaned not a good experience at all

A very comfortable stay and the staff was excellent. And many variety of breakfasts do you have here. Plenty of parking space and very clean in the room and spacious
