Shower head was very short had to bend over backwards to fit. No trash bags in cans.

Couldn't find our reservation at check-in. This was eventually resolved, but it's just the beginning. They gave us the key to a room that was already occupied. We walked into another guest's room full of their personal belonging. They assigned us a different room, but we already felt a sense of unease from the beginning. Minutes later when we were preparing to head out, we noticed the balcony door's lock was broken. Our room was at street level facing the street. We ended up jamming the armchair against the doors so it couldn't be opened from the outside. (By the way, they do not have safes in the rooms either) Some minor cleanliness issues as well. One of the pillows had some red stains all over. There were some flies in the room when we walked in. Overall not the cleanest hotel room we've seen. But I guess we didn't pay for a 5-star hotel and didn't expect perfect cleanliness.

Check in process was okay. Get into the room, very dusty, floor haven’t been swept or mopped, bathroom wasn’t very clean and haven’t been swept or mopped either. Had to put chair up to door cause it was not secure enough. The entire stay no one came to room to clean or bring clean towels. Pool and hot tub didn’t look clean enough to even enjoy it. And there was no continental breakfast on Sunday all I seen was waffles. I want stay there again!!!!

The room was not clean, towels had holes, bathroom was so small you had to lean into the bathtub to shut the door and squeeze beside the toilet to use the sink. The only way to open the door partway was to step into the bathroom first.

My room was ready when I got there.

Close to a cool local brewery/coffee shop. Grocery and pharmacy right there. Other restaurants there in walking distance.

The location was close to the event we were attending.

The property was rundown, the sliding door to the balcony did not lock putting us at risk for theft, there were roaches, and half of the electrical outlets did not function. When we arrived, the system for check in was not functioning, making us wait in a dirty lobby with one chair for half an hour before we could check in. This is unacceptable!

nothing this was the worst stay ever.

room was filthy, no towels, spiders crawling and staff made no effort to accommodate this. toilet lever was broken...
