There was no full breakfast as promised, closet door was broken, bathroom sink was also broken.

The room was large, I had a balcony and lots of light; the WiFi connection was good; free parking; a simple free breakfast. The staff were great.

I saw some stains on the pillow case. They also don't provide body wash. Just a soap! The fridge also had an irritating noise.

TV was having issue which they fixed after reporting Breakfast: I think its best if we can go out and eat I found a roach on the bed and I recorded a video and would be happy to upload for others to see as well so they can make better decision before choosing this hotel

I wish the breakfast consisted of a better variety of food besides pastries & cold cereal. Scrambled eggs, waffles, & some sort of protein & fruit would be nice.

All the noise from the people in the room above ours. I spoke to management about it and they took prompt care in resolving it.

Sheets were clean. Towels were clean. There was coffee. Young Asian man at the front desk was incredibly friendly and accommodating. That's about all that was good about this place.

Where do I start? Floors were filthy- I walked from the shower to my bed and my feet were black. Strange smears and stains on walls- particularly in the bathroom where a brown stain on a wall is extra disgusting. Even the light switches on the walls were dirty. There was a large gap in the door that kept the room from staying cool. The decor was dated. Lighting was dim and yellow. TV had a dark spot in half the screen and the remote had to be taped together to keep the batteries in. The curtains had... chunky stains... on them. Toiletries were hilariously tiny.
