1) Access to the property 2) Polite staff members 3) Covered parking space 4) Rest rooms were clean and neat 5) Full time availability of hot water.

1) Full payment settlement at the time of check-in 2) Bed rooms floor was not clean. Lot of hairs in the floor which was not properly cleaned before room allocation.
