Good property but very small rooms

Very professional staff, decent and helpful. Very clean and good smell. Good maintained furniture. I hope they keep the quality. Restaurant staff very kind.

The restaurant entrance could be more clean.

Generally the hotel appeared okay however the bed looked as if it had been slept in and I asked for a sheet change which they did promptly. They put us in an apartment type room which was very spacious however there was very little in it. No fridge and although a kettle and two cups no cutlery not even a teaspoon. I hadn’t expected an apartment so wasn’t really a problem just thought it was weird. Riom and bathroom clean.

The wifi did not work kept chucking me out every 2 minutes. Requested help in booking a car no help given other than a card. Driver hard to reach and offered journey twice as much as every other company. We booked ourselves as hotel had no other contact. Ordered room service as recommended by reception. I was served chicken that was undercooked. No one came to resolve this when phoned. In the morning following showing a picture at reception someone from the restaurant came and apologised didn’t charge for the chicken but charged me for the bread even though I didn’t eat it as no chicken. Very Fawlty Towers experience. Our experience wasn’t very good but I think the hotel was very busy as most reviews are quite good.

Cleanliness, Floors are soapy and slippery not cleaned properly
