"Very Good"

The staff was very friendly. The room was large and had a nice couch and a big jacuzzi tub (We splurged on the executive king room). We found a nice dinner restaurant only 10 minutes away called the Cabin that had good southern home cooked food.

Really difficult to locate the entrance with all the road construction. There was a dirty towel from a previous guest hanging on the bathroom door. Made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned. Our room was next to the ice machine and someone decided to fill a large cooler at 4am. The motel is really close to the highway and road noise kept me up most of the night. If you stay here, definitely ask for a room on the back side.

We had a great experience with Quality Inn in Crossville, TN. The man at the check-in counter was warm and friendly. Our room was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice. They provided a good breakfast as well.

We had a great experience with Quality Inn in Crossville, TN. The man at the check-in counter was warm and friendly. Our room was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice. They provided a good breakfast as well.

There wasn't anything we disliked about this hotel.

Breakfast was very good. Beds were way too low. Room needed attention to baseboards, paint and had torn window shade next to window.
