"For the price I guess I got what I paid for."

The receptionist at check in and check out were very friendly. The receptionist at check in was very informative as well for the building directions to room and etc.

I got to the dining hall at 9:01 and they were already all cleaned up and the floors were wet. They must have cleaned up early because it was Easter Sunday. I can't comment on the food. The bed comfort had to what it appeared to possibly be old coffee stain and another stain that I am not sure what it was. I checked the other bed and it had stains to. The door seemed not very secure. I could tell remodel took place and things were just a little off. The bathroom was very tight for door to close/open.

Outside had trash all over, and it was right next to the highway so you could hear the highway. Not part of a park.
