Mint House Greenville - Downtown

We had zero communication prior to check in which made it very frustrating. Thankfully someone was there even though it clearly said this was a property with no check in lobby or staff. After our incredibly confusing and frustrating beginning, we did enjoy our stay. This property was perfect for our stay, great location, felt safe and so close to everything we wanted. They clearly don’t have a perfect system, too many flaws for us to consider staying here again. Maybe they’ll improve with time. I did send a message when we needed some codes/keys/directons, but the message was just a canned response that offered no solutions. Areas that need improving: communication and check in instructions. We were given none. Over all the apartment was great, but our experience was not.

Location is amazing. Communication was amazing. The apartment and hallways had lots of marks on walls and some water damage on walls. Simple things to fix. I would still stay here another time, no question

Great stay

Absolutely amazing location. It's perfect for solo travelers or families. Parking is very easy for a downtown location in a city. Everything is walkable. Will book here again for all future Greenville travel. Thank you Mint House!

We stayed here when we didnt have water after Hurricane Helene. We came back to enjoy the location, and area. Its extremely comfortable, clean, and convenient. We will stay again.

Excellent excellent location to downtown Greenville

Great location . Very walkable. Couch and pillows had stains and the tables and walls needed to be wiped down. Bedding seemed to be clean. Washer and dryer in units which makes it nice . Private secure entrance is nice. Parking garage close by was full, so parking was an issue .

A good place. I’d stay there again.

Its a nice place, did not like that the neighbor was drunk with his door open blocked my kids and family from going down on elevator was hanging out in the hallway with his door open at 2am in the morning
