Great stay for our family! Very convenient location. Safe. Would definitely book here again.

The place has very strong odor and my family is sensitive to fragrances . The room was not as clean as we had hoped. Overall it just seems expensive for what we got!

Kitchen had no utensils or furnishings The bed was very comfortable

The apartment was clean and easy to get in touch with the service via phone for anything needed. Parking was the only reason I gave a 4. The suggested parking given at check in was all full so we had to park a bit away which was an added $45. All else was great. Many amenities within the apartment, fantastic location, walkable to everything

Easy to come and go, with ample space to settle in for a short or long stay. Location was very convenient for getting around downtown GVL on foot. The bed was comfortable and the unit private; ours had an accessible bathroom for those who might need it. Overall this met our basic needs for our short stay in Greenville, and I can imagine it is very useful for long term travelers on business for example. Unfortunately the maintenance of the property left something to be desired -- from the spraying kitchen faucet to the strobing fluorescent overhead light in the bathroom plus a toilet that seemed to have some problem with the flushing mechanism, I was left feeling like a tenant in an absent landlord's overpriced rental. As that's an experience I've had well enough of in my twenties, I'll likely pass next time we stop through and look for a more traditional hotel experience. Finding parking was also quite challenging (our stay overlapped with a major event, so definitely the fault of timing) so I would have appreciated more instruction about how to access the nearby garage , because it is in the same spot as the valet entrance for a nearby hotel and we were literally sent away by a valet for trying to access it. After driving around the block we were able to access the garage at a different entrance.

Apartment was very clean. Bathroom fan did not work, bedroom table lamp would not turn off (had to unplug it). It was not plugged in when we arrived. Bedroom could use shades or curtains that cover the entire window (blackout curtains would be nice). Even with these small issues, we would definitely rent it again. Location was great.

The house was clean and tidy. The tub was a little dirty. Great location right in the center of downtown!

Easy to walk to everything we wanted to do.
