"A Nice Apartment to Stay in Greenville"

I enjoyed my stay here in a 1-bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The only negative about it was that the walls were thin and I could hear someone coughing at a normal volume in the next apartment. The only other issue was that the instructions about where to park (since Mint House doesn't have parking) were insufficient. They stated that guests could park at 171 Riverplace for $7 a day. But there was no building marked "171", and I needed help from valets at the nearby Hampton Inn and Embassy Suites to find it. They should state that parking for $7 a day is available at the city-owned garage with an entrance immediately adjacent to the Hampton Inn.

The apartment waa clean and wvweything was in great condition. The snacks and wye masks were a nice touch. I liked that it was focused on relaxation and that it was close to restaurants and shops.

"Noisy"

Overall was nice. Great location. Negative…Could hear the weights dropping in gym below and loud above. Fire alarm was pulled at 6am, which wasn’t pleasant.

Great place to stay, large rooms with a full kitchen was really nice. Less expensive than the other hotels in the area. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

"Minthouse exceeds expectations again"

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this Minthouse property and we will be back! The 2 and 3 bedroom rooms are spacious and comfortably fit 3 adults and 2 children. The location is perfect and walking distance to most of Downtown Greenville. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful but allowed us to check in early so we could get our kids down for a nap which was incredibly kind of them. 5/5 would highly recommend!
