We very much enjoyed our stay here. The double queen room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The high ceiling made it feel open and larger than it is and the room had a lovely seating area. Large closet for storing outdoor clothing and shoes/boots. Loved having the balcony for mountain views. The room had many electrical outlets, usb ports, and the intuitive light switches were appreciated. Housekeeping kept the room very tidy and provided lots of fresh, clean towels daily. Bedding was crisp and comfortable. Included breakfast was of decent quality and saved us a fair amount of money on an expensive trip. Not many hotels in Banff offer included breakfast. The only downfall during our stay was a very small and crowded breakfast area for the number of hotel guests despite trying to eat at different, earlier or later times. Pool and hot tub are small, but our kids used and enjoyed it. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location is good. Walking to the supermarket and all shops is around 7-10 mins.

Room is a bit small for 4 pax and the hot shower is not hot enough around 10 pm because the amount of people are using at the same time
