It was close to the location that I was visiting.

The ad said that breakfast was included. When I went to the breakfast area nothing was there. I had to eat breakfast elsewhere.

That the window black out curtains were broken and everyone could see you right into the room

That there was no crib or bassinet for the child that the beds had stains in the sheets that the window we were on the ground floor would not close all the way, and people can look right into the room the staff there was ignorant and rude and said no, we do not have to provide a crib even though we said we have one. It’s at our discretion.

I liked the updated room, it looks much better inside than outside.

The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. And the doors to the rooms don't shut easily so neighbors would slam their doors all night to shut them.
