Great property snd super breakfast

Stayed overnight before our early flight from Manchester. Cannot fault the accommodation at all, beautifully maintained, equipped and laid out. Would stay agian without heistation.

Enjoyable stay and very convenient for Manchester Airport. Spacious rooms. Very close to main rooms, so rooms were noisy, but otherwise a very good stay

First impression on opening the room door was it looked nice but very small for a double room. Cobwebs, spiders & dust everywhere. Paint peeling off the walls due to rising damp. Noisy due to very poor sound insulation from the room above, TV, conversations, footsteps tracking across the floor, child crying. Not good when you have an early start. All this could be heard despite the website saying the rooms are sound insulated.

Great location, everything you need .

Julie extended a warm welcome when we arrived. After a long drive, it was great to see a friendly face, and also get some recommendations for dinner. If we come back to Manchester Airport, we'll definitely return to stay again.

Lovely place to stay and staff very attentive

It’s super convenient for the airport and the site is nice. Just cottage a little small, but good for what we required.

I like the accommodation and bathroom facitilities and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The chef was very friendly and there was a relaxed but professional atmosphere. The only thing that could have improved it was that I was given the wrong room code but it was resolved very quickly and the security man was apologetic - I assume that someone misheard or mistyped. I saw they had a charge point for electric cars which would have been useful to me but it was already occupied. Altogether I very much enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.

Great location… breakfast was 10 out of 10 unfortunately the bar and restaurant were not open …. The room had everything we needed but quite compact not much room with large cases.
