Comfortable, clean and charming decor in the annex. Whilst only staying briefly overnight it was a neatly furnished room with en suite shower room fitted to a high standard and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was cooked to order and excellent.

Very good room and general facilities. Cold wet day and room took a short time to heat, but sensible to leave heating off until guests arrival.

Gorgeous property and really well equipped rooms. Breakfast conservatory is lovely and service and breakfast was excellent. Arrival instructions are really good and very clear, just read them in detail, I struggled to find the keysafe for my room in the dark, but there was a number for support which was answered instantly. Would definitely book again.

The room in the annex was great and the cooked breakfast was most enjoyable. I would stay here again if in the area.

Lovely clean and modern rooms with everything you need. Great little coffee machine in my room. The breakfast was delicious and in the most beautiful conservatory! Great ambience. We had a great stay at Rylands Farm. Each of the rooms were lovely and the area surrounding the annex was very scenic. Breakfast was fabulous and the conservatory we ate in was lovely. Staff were really nice and welcoming. Thanks again.

Good, comfortable & quite accommodation

I had a single night pre flight stay. The room was well appointed with refreshments, with refills available in the reception area. I walked a short distance to the honey bee pub to get some dinner. I arranged in advance for a taxi to pick me up for the airport. I fully enjoyed the coffee and full English breakfast before I left for my flight. Part of my decision to stay at Rylands was based on this breakfast option. This was a lovely spot and I would certainly stay again for trips planned through Manchester airport.

There was no welcome and no one to speak to during the entire stay, just pin code entry. That said, having no-one on site could have been an issue if you should have any problems. You get an email before you travel with instructions to help find your room and a key code to gain entry. There wasn't a member of staff available after we arrived but there is a number to ring if you have any security related issues. The communication overall we had prior arrival was terrible. The room was very clean and spacious, with coffee machine & tea facilities. There was a small, insufficient hanging rail. No drawers or cupboards for storage. Also, the walls are very thin and you may hear every word from next door. Breakfast was ok/average, but the only cold option was cereals. The cooked breakfast was served promptly and was good quality. On our first day the coffee in the flask wasn’t hot enough. No jam or marmalade. The guy serving breakfasts was very nice, friendly and helpful. If you want a pre or post flight overnight stay, then fine. However I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays. We left with the impression that cutting corners for profit was the main concern.
