Rylands Farmhouse

Only stayed one night before going to the airport. Room was very nice. The farm looked good but our time was short. The breakfast was good and the man serving and cooking was very nice.

Our room (8) could do with a little attention in some areas but the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was lovely and spacious with a good shower. Breakfast was great, both where it was served in the lovely conservatory, and the quality.

I went there for a one night to watch a football match in Manchester. Loved the whole place and they serve a very delicious breakfast.

Very comfortable, I particularly like the self access Feel safe. Breakfast is first class

Loved gazing across the fields at grazing horses while i had breakfast. Staff at breakfast were exceptionally friendly. Note that Manchester airport has fixed taxi fees, so despite the hotels proximity, I spent a total of about 45 pounds in getting to and from airport.

Great communication. Easy to find and quite a bit of on-site parking. Finding my room in the annexe was easy and the allocated door code a great idea instead of a plastic keycard. The room was compact but extremely comfortable and very well maintained. Breakfast was included however due to an early flight out I didn’t sample it. Not very far from Manchester airport so ideal. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely accommodation. Quality bed and linen for a lovely sleep - only one thing for property owners to fix .. the door on No 5 rattled with the wind Breakfast was first class Loved the privacy of key code entry Very clean and well appointed - highly recommend

Excellent location less than 10 mins from terminal. Great quality accomodation. Bedroom very comfortable if a little cosy but would highly recommend for Manchester airport stopover.

My stay at rylands farmhouse will never be forgotten. My partner and I had a lovely time with the views and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
