I really enjoyed my stay at Siena hotel. The property is beautiful, clean and the staff was friendly. Our booking was fitted with everything to make you feel at home.

The was nothing about here not to like. We tried to extend our stay but they were booked.

I enjoyed the room & it’s amenities. The view that we had on the first floor was great. We could see the lake, take a walk right from our patio and the pool (heated) was also not far. The hotel room also includes dishes & silverware if you happen to order food & the closets included additional blankets and even towels for the pool. Very considerate.

The customer service could have been better. There is usually no-one at the main front desk when you enter the hotel so it’s hard to get in touch with anyone. There’s nothing on the front desk except a phone so it appears it’s always vacant. I had to search for someone to check-in which they were sitting in their office near the main front desk. It would’ve been more appropriate if they had a bell or a buzzer that alerted them someone was waiting. Checking out was also a bit unprofessional. There was no-one at the front desk when I checked out and after waiting a few minutes I was told by someone who worked there to just place my room keys on the main front desk. I took a picture of leaving them there due to my room number not being on the keys and there not even being some sort of drop box. If the hotel is more of a self-service type of ordeal I’d just prefer they inform guests prior to arrival.

Everything was beautiful. Condo was wonderful and spacious

This place is a must. We did not want to leave. More than enough room for our family of 5. We stayed in the 3 bedroom condo. Everything you need is provided for cooking (Cookware). Publix is less than 2 miles away. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Pictures online are shows what you are getting, it will not disappoint. This place is sooooooo clean. We are definitely returning.
