Siena at Bella Collina

Everything was very good. The 3 bedroom, 1st floor condo was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice and helpful. The only thing I would say was the upstairs party was rather loud until 4 in the morning with music and what appeared to be a dog that paced back and fourth for hours. Yes, you could hear it when trying to sleep. Other than that I would recommend and will visit again hopefully with more considerate upstairs neighbors.

Amazing stay. Super spacious and very well appointed rooms with modern, clean finishes. Huge kitchen and nice pool.

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. We have stayed in many apartments all over the world and I must say that Siena at Bella Collina has been the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The property was immaculate. It was in a perfect location with gorgeous sunset views.

Absolutely beautiful!

Amazing views , quite and peaceful. Space large enough to comfortably fit the entire family. The pool was heated and not at all crowded. Loved it, will definitely be coming back soon .

Property seemed to have been kept up and clean while we were on our brief stay but TV stations were very limited and I mean basic channels, was not looking for anything special

Beautiful quiet place to stay, although our friends said the room which they were in(first room of our 2bedroom) was pretty load with the elevator and people going in and out. The view was beautiful and the condo was setup nicely

We have been living here while we build another house. The first week the door came off of the hinges where the AC handler is. There is absolutely NO storage space for brooms, vacuums, cleaning supplies, etc. The Condo always feels humid and there is a mold problem in the building. We are located on the fifth floor and for the last month the elevator has broken down three times. The third time my daughter called me in a panic crying because she felt like the elevator was dropping to each floor really fast and was making LOUD noises when it hit each floor like it was crashing into something. Trying to get a hold of someone to talk to them about this situation is almost impossible because nobody answers the phones. I had to drive over to the condo while I was at work to let someone know what had happened! I requested to be moved to the first floor and they tell me there isn't anything available but they will let me out of my lease early. How convenient! This place also is for rent to people that want to stay for vacation or if they are having a wedding at Bella Collina. The place is always busy on the weekends and someone is always parking in my reserved parking place. I DO NOT recommend this place purely due to safety concerns.
